The transformation at Standard Glass in New Orleans, Louisiana is impressive: Since 2006, when Brian Laborde and his wife Dana took over the company, founded in 1915, from his father, Standard Glass has systematically undergone a modernization process. Within four years, the staff numbers grew from 3 people to 13 people and all of the machines and office equipment were brought up to highest possible standards. All in all, Brian has invested approximately one million dollars into his business. Since 2008, Brian and his team have been purchasing their tools and consumables for glass cutting and bonding from Bohle America. This business relationship however has not just been limited to buying and selling of products. Standard Glass has also benefitted greatly from the transfer of knowledge that Bohle America is able to provide. This relationship has been a great contributor to the success of the company.
