Bohle Liftmaster B1: Safely transport and mount objects of up to 180 kg

Bohle has extended the product portfolio of the Liftmaster series. Following Liftmaster B2, the company now presents the Liftmaster B1 handling and mounting aid. Being smaller and more compact, this new device enables transporting and mounting glass panes, windows and other gastight objects up to 180 kg by only one person.

Compact and manoeuvrable for use on site and in the workshop
With a net weight of less than 100 kg, the Liftmaster can be quickly disassembled into five separate parts and in this way fits into almost any estate car and can be used on site without problems. The device also ideally lends itself for transporting glass panes and other sheet materials within company premisses. Thanks to its compact construction and great degree of manoeuvrability, the device is suitable for use in limited space conditions. With a width of only 0.8 m, the Liftmaster B1 fits through all standard doors - even when carrying objects: For this purpose the transported goods are tilted by 90° with the mobile rack and put down on a rubber tray.

Allround device thanks to versatile adjustment options
The rotatable and tiltable rack makes the Liftmaster B1 the perfect allround device: Unloading glass panes from a glass rack or transport vehicle or positioning a glass pane onto a processing machine can be done as easily as inserting laminated safety glass panes into the profiles of all-glass railing systems and many other mounting tasks. The vacuum lifter is positioned in the holding frame to be tiltable – with the aid of the swivelling rack the transported goods can be rotated around two different axles and can always be placed in the required position. Also larger objects do not pose any problem: The transported good can be lifted up to a centre height of approximately two metres.

Dual circuit vacuum lifter can also be used separately
As a standard the Liftmaster B1 comes equipped with a compact manual vacuum lifter which guarantees highest safety thanks to a dual circuit vaccum system with four suction pads, a reserve tank, a low-pressure indicator and an additional optical vacuum gauge.  Newly developed by Bohle, the vacuum lifter can be easily taken down from the Liftmaster via a specific quick coupling adaptor and can be used separately. As it can do without an electric pump, it is very versatile in use. For separate use the vacuum lifter is equipped with eye hooks as a standard as it is also available without the Liftmaster (BO B18DM4). A crane arm is optionally available either for rotating the device vertically by 360° or additionally tilting it horizontally by 90°.
