By now, it´s hard to imagine transporting and installing large sheets made of building materials without vacuum lifters. Bohle has just developed a new generation of Veribor® plastic suction lifters which has not only been visually updated and also offers more comfort than before.

Designhighlight

When it comes to design, the Veribor® pump-activated suction lifter BO601G can be considered the highlight of the new series, as it comes with new details and has undergone thorough optimization. The improved vacuum safety function is the most important innovation. On the one hand, the vacuum can be generated faster thanks to the new pump mechanism and on the other hand, the optimized valve button enables a quicker ventilation to release the vacuum. As a result, the vacuum lifter can be attached better to the material and loosened quicker after use. In addition, the vacuum indicator alerts the user in case of a possible loss of vacuum. Its neon yellow color increases the visibility and quickly draws attention. Bohle has also improved the shaping of the pump-activated suction lifter. A higher gripping area enables increased carrying comfort. A plastic ring above the rubber pad provides additional stability and safety.

3 Heads for More Grip

Our lever-activated suction lifter made of engineered plastic is now available for the first time with three suction cups and thus an even higher carrying capacity! This suction lifter combines the advantages of different models: high carrying capacity, a strong lightweight material and outstanding ergonomics. The coating of the handle enables a safe, non-slip gripping area, allowing it to be used in a variety of environments. This device is suitable for use on all materials with flat, building material surfaces.

Decisive quality – the rubber pad

The vacuum generated in the hollow space between suction pad and surface is decisive for the carrying capacity of a suction lifter. This is especially influenced by the size and the elasticity of the suction pad. The larger the rubber pad, the higher the carrying capacity.

Veribor® – Experience and quality since 1950

Since 1950, Bohle AG has been developing, manufacturing and selling suction lifters for transporting the most diverse materials and objects under the Veribor® brand name. Today, the portfolio includes lifting and carrying devices ranging from pump-activated suction lifters up to smallest fixing aids, equipped with special suction pads depending on the application.

Free from harmful ingredients

Veribor® suction lifters are free from carcinogenic hydrocarbon compounds (PAH). These substances typically have an aggressive, acrid smell. As a consequence, those suction lifters are then stored out of reach. Such harmful evaporations do not occur with Bohle suction lifters.
