At Bohle America, we value customer satisfaction. As such, we would like to make your return as easy as possible.

We all change our minds at times or sometimes even order the wrong article or quantity. At Bohle America we believe that this shouldn’t be a problem, that’s why you can return any unused article you purchase from us and receive a refund. We only ask that you please return the article within 30 days of the invoice date in its original condition and packaging. Your return will be processed within 5 business days of receipt.
To return an article, please follow the procedure below:

No Worries 30 Day Return Policy:

This procedure applies if you have changed your mind about an article, ordered the wrong quantity or the wrong article altogether. You can return any Bohle product within 30 days of the invoice date, following the procedure below:
1.Please fill out the online return form on our website. You can find the form here. A customer service representative will reach out to you shortly and provide you with a return authorization. Please do not ship the product prior to receiving authorization, as this may cause a processing delay.
2.Please pack the goods carefully to avoid transport damage. Product needs to be returned in packaging that allows the product to successfully transit Fedex and UPS facilities. Product needs to be packaged in something other than the individual product box. If product is returned in packaging that allows the product to be damaged, a credit cannot be issued.
3.Send packed product with a carrier that can provide tracking to: Bohle America, Inc., 10924 Granite Street, Suite
200, Charlotte, NC 28273
4.Your return will be processed within 5 business after receipt.

Returns due to an error by Bohle America:

This procedure applies, if we made an error during the order or shipping process, such as sent the wrong quantity or article. You can return your Bohle product within 30 days of the invoice date, following the procedure below:
1.For your convenience, you may contact our customer service team at (704) 247-8400 or info@bohle-america.com to assist you in preparing your return or you may fill out this online form if you prefer. A customer service representative will provide you with a Return Authorization Form and email you a shipping label for your return package.
2.Please pack the goods carefully to avoid transport damage. Product needs to be returned in packaging that allows the product to successfully transit Fedex and UPS facilities. Product needs to be packaged in something other than the individual product box. If product is returned in packaging that allows the product to be damaged, a credit cannot be issued
3.Send packed product with the shipping label we provided.
4.Your return will be processed within 5 business days after receipt.

Warranty Claims:

This procedure applies to any products returned due to a manufacturing / warranty issue. If you have experienced a quality issues with your product, you may open a warranty claim, following the procedure below:
1.Verify whether your product is still covered under our warranty terms. We offer a standard 6 month warranty on all Bohle products, excluding Hardware, from the date of the invoice. For any Architectural fittings and hardware we offer a 2 year
warranty. If your product warranty has expired we are unfortunately unable to further process your request.
2.If your product is still covered under warranty terms, please contact our customer service team at (704) 247 8400 or info@bohle-america.com. A customer service representative will process your claim and fill out a Return Authorization Form. You will likewise receive a shipping label from us, so that you may return the faulty product.
3.Please pack the goods carefully to avoid transport damage. Product needs to be returned in packaging that allows the product to successfully transit Fedex and UPS facilities. Product needs to be packaged in something other than the individual product box. If product is returned in packaging that allows the product to be further damaged, no credit will be given.
4.Send packed product and Return Authorization Form with the shipping label we provided.
5.Your warranty claim will be processed within 2-4 weeks from the day of receipt.

Additional Terms & Conditions

a. All returned merchandise is subject to visual inspection by Bohle America personnel before credit will be issued.
b. Should a return not be justified (i.e operator error, no qualitative defect detectable, etc. ) we retain the right to charge you a handling fee of 15% of the value of the product, at a minimum 10 USD, to cover processing expenses.

Replacement delivery / credit note

a. A replacement delivery (if desired) will be sent to you immediately after the return shipment has been received, processed and inspected. Of course, you will not be charged any additional shipping charges. If you urgently need a replacement, our sales department will be happy to provide you with one at regular cost. Upon completion of the return, you will be issued a credit note.
b. Credit notes will be sent to you immediately after the conclusion of the return process and automatically credited it to your customer account.
