Job Title: Warehouse Associate

As a warehouseassociate you are responsible for performing an array of duties, not limited to the following:

  • Shipping: Processing customer orders via, FEDEX, UPS, LTL carrier or pick-ups. Including the process in AS 400 (company software system, training provided). Provide freight quotes when needed to the customer service team. Picking, packing, quality control and loading trucks to fill orders.
  • Receiving: unloading trucks, checking for damages and reporting any damages to supervisor. Unpacking, comparing items to the packing list to ensure the accuracy of the delivery. Locating the correct stocking locations and stocking shelves once goods are received in the system (AS 400). Labeling products with no incoming labels to ensure accuracy of stocking location.
  • Inventory: Cycle counts, labeling bins, moving bins or product, organizing and maintaining stock accuracy.
  • Warehouse: Maintainorganization, and keep work area clean. Various internal projects to improve and grow the company.
Required:
  • Computer skills: email, basic computer functions, printers, scanner etc…
  • Good communication skills both oral and written
  • Punctual and dependable with a good work ethic
  • Basic math skills, including the understanding of measurements (tape measure, scale)
Preferred but not required:
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish)
  • Shipping, receiving and inventory experience
  • Forklift and/ or Scissor lift experience with certification
  • Electric power chop saw experience
  • Manufacturing/warehouse experience
  • Hazmat shipping certification

 

Training will be provided once hired.

Job Title: Senior Vice President Operations & Product

Reports To:

Chairman – Bohle America

Job Overview:

The SVP is responsible for identifying the overall product direction for Bohle America in the United States.  This includes managing sales forecast by product line, inventory and purchase levels, establishing pricing and managing product profitability to meet company targets.  From an operations perspective, the position is responsible for all warehouse activity and insuring that all key metrics are met in regards to purchasing and fulfillment of orders.  The position is also responsible for the physical location in Charlotte, NC including compliance with any local regulations and the overall space plan for the site.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Manage product portfolio with input from the sales team
  • Manage product pricing and ownership for product line profitability
  • Manage product level/line forecasts with input from the sales team
  • Serve as primary point of contact between Bohle America and Bohle AG regarding product development/management
  • Manage purchasing operations and responsible for meeting financial targets  for transportation/import of goods
  • Manage inventory levels to meet overall corporate objectives
  • Manage shipping/fulfillment activities to meet customer expectations
  • Develop new product pipeline and identify products required for Bohle America to grow profitably
  • Maintain product lifecycle and deselect products as needed managing de-selection process
  • Maintain and communicate ongoing enhancement requests for AS400 with Bohle AG
  • Maintain and communicate ongoing enhancement requests for Bohle-America.com website with Bohle AG
  • Position will be responsible for managing a team and the corresponding responsibilities: Performance Management, recruiting, mentoring, etc.
